About UsWe have offered traditional martial arts training in Chito Ryu Karate Do over the past 20 Years. The dojo offers classes for all levels to men, women, and children starting from age 7.

Who We Are |
We are a traditional martial arts dojo located just outside of Charlottesville, Virginia. We offer training in Chito Ryu Karate Do. We are sponsored through Albemarle County Parks and Recreation to reach members throughout the community.

Our History |
We are a charter school under the United States Chito Kai Federation founded by Hanshi William Dometrich. Opened by Linda Gage in 2002 as Charlottesville Yoseikan our instructors are traditionally trained and certified through the Dai Nippon Butoku Kai (DNBK) of Japan and the United States Chito Kai.
